QUALITIES OF A GREAT LEADER
Everyone defines the leadership regarding their own perspective but I am going to define the leadership qualities from my perspective.
Have you ever seen the person who has the courage to do what he has afraid to do?
If yes, so that is the person said to be a great leader because he never dreamed about success rather he/ she worked for it. Leadership is not about being charge. It is about taking care of those in your charge. Because your subordinates will work effectively and enthusiastically only if being a leader you give them respect, motivation, develop self-belief in them that they can achieve each goal which they want to accomplish.
The great leader is unpretentious and is almost always has a positive attitude that he/she can easily understand the state of team members and thus he very humbly guide them to achieve their goals.
CHANGEMAKER:
A real great leader is a change maker, he or she can change the lives of his/ her employees/ Nation through teaching them practically the difference between failure and success. Before leadership, your success is all about growing your personality but when you become a leader your success is all about growing others. A leader can change others’ lives through practical work.

The leader without vision cannot convert his ideas into implementation, but a real hero, a great leader, has the vision to convert his thoughts, objectives, goals, and ideas into real success stories. A great leader inspires others through his action and vision because they never find the fault but find the remedy to cope with these faults or problems. A great leader has the ability to paint a great and vivid picture of where his/her group or organization is headed. Through the vivid and great vision, a leader can motivate and guide actions.

Honesty, integrity, and rectitude are the ingredients of great leadership. Without these ingredients, nothing would be possible to accomplish. If the leader is honest, optimist, and rectitude, No doubt his followers will be honest, optimist, and rectitude. The main purpose of a great leader is to produce more leaders not to produce more followers.
ETHICAL CONSIDERATIONS:
For a great leader, confidentiality, and trust, of their followers, is the most important thing when the followers/ employees have trust in their leader they can share each and everything with their leader so the leader can guide them in a righteous way. A trusted and great leader almost always gets more from his followers and has a strong following. Because the great leader is fully aware of the fact that the trust builds over time and it takes a long time to develop so it is the quality of a great leader that he/she helps others and ensures their confidentiality.

A great leader should be confident enough to become a role model for his followers. When the leader ensures about his own power of decision making and other qualities, only and only then his followers will follow him. As a leader one has to deal with each and everything with confidence. Being a leader you must show assertiveness to your followers to gain their trust and respect. A leader becomes great because of their ability to empower others, not by the power of his post of leadership.
INSPIRATION FOR THE FOLLOWERS:
Being a great leader you have to become an inspiration for your subordinates as well as for others. To inspire others you must be skillful and multi-talented.
