The secret of the happiness in life is to do the right thing and spend your time in productive activities. Always the attitude to gratitude because gratitude leads towards more opportunities as well as to success.
GIVE IMPORTANCE TO YOURSELF:
Never waste the time to follow others, as you are capable to do something awesome, just consider your life as a ship and you are the captain of it. So accept yourself with your inner qualities and weaknesses and serve your time to strengthen your qualities and to overcome your weaknesses and you will find a great happiness in your life.
PRACTICE TO SPEND TIME WITH NATURE:
Whenever someone spending his / her time out in nature, it gives him the feeling of refreshing and renewing. Always allow yourself to visit and appreciate the natural world. Take a walk at evening and especially at morning. Through this practice you will have a sound mind and body. A person with mental and physical health can live a happy life.
ALWAYS FORGIVE OTHERS MISTAKES:
In order to live a happy life, one must have to forgive other’s mistakes because holding a grudge harms one’s mental health as well as physical health. You just let go of the past and you will feel a difference when you let go the stress of other’s miss behaviors, and you will enjoy the happiness of life.
FORGET THE FAILURES AND REMEMBER IT’S LESSONS:
No one is perfect in this world, everyone has some strengths and some of the weaknesses. And sometimes we practice failures in one or more domains, so be practical and make sure to learn from your failures. For this purpose you have to be emotionally stable to manage your stress and depression and start to striving in order to convert your weaknesses into strengths.
PRESENT GIFTS TO OTHERS:
There is no need to give expensive gifts to your love ones, you can gift them a thoughtful email, a quick note, or sometimes a poem. And the most precious thing is your best wishes for others which can make happy, and when you feel that they are happy you will most probably find yourself happy which will lead you towards happy life.
AVOID NEGATIVE THINKING:
Negativity always bring you down. If you want to happiness in your life and self reliant, you have to avoid negative thinking and must change it into positive ones. Always spend more time with optimists- the positive thinkers and less time with pessimists – the negative people. Once you become aware of the outcomes of positive attitude, you will be able to forgive negative thinking and through positivity you will find your life more happy and more productive.
SPEND MORE TIME WITH YOUR FEINDS & FAMILY:
Being a social animal an individual must need to spend his time with his friends and family members, except an introvert personality – who wants to live alone or having one or two friends. When you spend your time with your love ones you will share your ideas, problems, tensions, and happiness with them and they will share their ideas and problems with you, so through such practice you will get an insight that how to cope your with your problems in life and that thing will literally leads you towards a happy life.
TAKE A PROPER DIET:
When you are physically or mentally sick, it is more difficult to live a happy life because healthy individual can enjoy the joys and prosperity of life as compare to the sick individual. To live a successful, healthy, and happy life take a healthy diet, when you eat the healthy and right food you will feel better mentally as well as physically. Moreover you will avoid that guilty feeling only when you pigged out on junk food.
SEEK OUT A MENTOR IN YOUR LIFE:
A coach in your life or the presence of a mentor is most important for the happy life. Your mentor or coach will help you to know that why you are not happy in your life and what are the reasons behind this. Your coach will guide you about your positive thinking, your believes, and your emotional stability, so you will get an insight to cope with your intrapersonal problems and stresses. When you realized your negative points then you will start work on it to become happy in your life.
EXERCISE:
Through proper exercise you can reduce your stress and release endorphins, by playing games or sports you can stay fit and healthy. Through such practice in exercise and games you can live a healthy and happy life.
KEEPING SMILE ON YOUR FACE:
When you practice more smiling, it will affect you internally, as well as your love ones. If one cannot afford anything he/she can afford a smile for others. Smiling can keep anyone happier – even one have to force it, will still feel better.
BE ALTRUISTIC (Helping Others):
The real happiness in the life is hidden into helping the others, many times in life when we feel that we have achieved our maximum potential but still we feel emptiness and want to be happy in life so we have to contribute in helping others for their well being and for their well fare. And thus one can feel happy in his life.
BE GRATEFUL:
When you think that of all the things that you have to be thankful you will realize that how blessed you are. Always be grateful to Allah for the food you eat, for the water you drink, for the roof over your head, and for each and every blessings in your life.
GO FOR YOU PASSION:
Always do what you love, if you love to write the articles, poems or if teaching, swimming, mentoring etc is your passion so go for it. When you are doing what you love, you will feel joy and happiness.
